A wandering 'buzzing' signal was traced to be concurrent with jamming on the same band ... the wandering, pulsed 'buzz '(sounding kind of like an alarm) may be caused by a spurious oscillation in the jammer's transmitter, maybe in a mis-tuned driver stage ... if it's originating in Cuba, that gear may be three or four decades old ...
